ASKXXI

Co-Founder and US Executive Director

ASKXXI: Arts + Science Knowledge Building and Sharing in the XXI (21st) Century was a US-Chile pilot program (2017-19) fostering inquiry and inter-hemispheric collaboration in art, emerging technologies, and the ecological sciences. The ASKXXI program was funded through a US Embassy public diplomacy grant and activated a thriving ecosystem of practitioners working on pressing issues of sustainability, biodiversity loss, and climate change in both regions. Our experimental pilot tested the feasibility of inter-hemispheric knowledge exchange, institutional collaboration, and cultural/scientific diplomacy.
